Toba Tek Singh.(www.apnapirmahal.com)20-06-2015:. A man was killed and six others suffered injuries in a head-on collision between a car and truck near Nawan Lahore on Faisalabad-Jhang road on Sunday night.According to police, Sajid of Bhakkar died on the spot and the injured were identified as Sajjad, Abdul Rasheed, Irfan, Abid, Sajjad Ali and Muhammad Urs.The injured were rushed to Nawan Lahore RHC. Doctors referred Sajjad, Abdul Rasheed, Irfan and Abid to Faisalabad Allied hospital in a critical condition.

Tahira Yasmeen of chak 334 JB had stated in her complaint to police that accused patwari obtained heavy bribe from her accused relatives Iftikhar, Allah Ditta and Zulfiqar.  Names of other three had also been nominated as accused in the FIR and police were conducting raids to arrest them too.

Toba Tek Singh.(www.apnapirmahal.com)20-06-2015:. Gojra city police Saturday registered a case against a private housing scheme owners on charges of not providing promised facilities to plot holders.Muhammad Iqbal of Nai Mandi, Gojra told court in his plea that he had purchased a plot and the colony’s owners Mumtaz, Faqeer Hussain, Azhar Hussain and Asif Ali, all of Renala Khurd (Okara), had promised provision of gas, electricity, sewerage, water, roads, mosque, school and park but later they had done nothing in this regard.

They snatched golden ornaments, Rs 60,000 and a mobile phone from him.

He consumed poison and fell unconscious. He was shifted to the Gojra THQ Hospital but the doctors referred him to the Faisalabad Allied Hospital. He died when he was being shifted to Faisalabad.

Usman was taking bath along with his father Younis in the canal when suddenly he went deep down in water and drowned. Meanwhile, the dead body of Tariq Nazir of Chak 670/11-GB was recovered near Sindhilianwali on Monday night. Arrouti police shifted the body to the THQ Hospital Pirmahal for autopsy.

As a result, both fell on the road. In the meantime, a speeding car coming from behind crushed Sajida to death.

Later, the accused allegedly axed her to death. Police are conducting raids to arrest the accused.
